It is also advisable to label the jar or container to make sure that no one will ingest it by mistake.

To deal with the sauce's hotness, it is very handy to have other ingredients or food that could help lessen the heat. One ingredient many people use as antidote is milk. It can flush the capsaicin from the mouth. Some people also make use of honey and food rich in starch such as rice.

Bhut jolokia sauce is great for so many kinds of dish. It is the perfect dip for your fried wings, chicken poppers, and other finger foods. You can also use it to add more heat or warmth to your chowder, stew, and soup.
