It has also been studied that caffeine, which is a famous substance that can stimulate the brain is found in the beverage. They said that this beverage can increase the glucose intake which can result to the reduction of levels of blood glucose.

Meanwhile, myths and benefits can also be present most of the time. Sometimes, these myths have been confirmed while others have not. A well known myth states that coffee is a good solution for hangovers. There is a little truth to it since it alerts a drunk individual. However, it does not necessarily make one feel better. Instead, it can be the primary reason for the person to be dehydrated.

Another belief that many individuals know of is that coffee is not good for women who are pregnant. This is definitely true and expectant women should refrain from drinking more than two cups in a day or better yet, they may stop from doing so. Their child may suffer from having an irregular heartbeat if they do this.

Furthermore, there are many fans of this beverage that they can get addicted to caffeine. However, WHO also known as the World Health Organization has stated that are not evidence that can tell this information is false or not. Meanwhile, regular consumption can lead one to be addicted with it based on some studies.

This is the reason why many of you should try to drink it in moderation. If you think that you have been sort of addicted to it, then it would be best to avoid drinking too much. Like any other thing in the world, doing something in excess can lead to bad situations that you definitely do not want to be a part of.

It would benefit you if you try to minimize drinking too much as you plan to have a mug of office coffee service. Water can be a good drink that you want to consume all the time. It is fine not to stop having some caffeine in your system. The important thing is that you control yourself from having too much.
