Here are some crock pot pulled pork recipes for preparing delicious salads:

Pulled pork Cobb salad - Most people use chicken breast or turkey to prepare Cobb salads. You can always replace the chicken with pulled pork leftovers. You also need iceberg lettuce, endives, romaine lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, eggs, chives, red-wine vinaigrette, and Roquefort cheese. For extra flavor, add cornbread croutons, olives, and avocado. BBQ ranch pulled pork salad - This award winning recipe is made with pulled pork, apples, raisins, cucumbers, toasted walnuts, and red onions. For the sauce, you need ketchup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, cider vinegar, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. After mixing the pulled pork with veggies, add sauce. Pulled pork and pineapple salad - Heat coconut oil in a pan and then add pulled pork leftovers, mustard, and soy sauce. Cook over low-medium heat. In a salad bowl, mix the pork with endives, pineapple, and radicchio. You can change quantities easily to feed more people.
