Latte fans will also be pleased to know that there is an alternative for taking the very common coffee based latte. This drink is known as the vanilla latte and in order to make it, one just has to heat up almond milk that is vanilla flavored. After that, one may opt to put things like cocoa powder or other flavorings to make it have an extra taste.

If one is a fan of teas, one specific blend that he may take would be genmaicha. In order to make this, one just has to mix a little bit of green tea and mix it with roasted brown rice. This drink produces a really nutty flavor and texture when mixed with green tea.

For those people who need the extra energy boost in the morning, it is actually possible to get it without taking in any coffees. Fruit smoothies will be very good because it packs a lot of energy inside of it. Unlike caffeine, all the energy inside here is natural which means that there is no harm in drinking it.
